A delightful surprise. The Hotel is lovely with rooms set around a courtyard with colourful parrots. Our room was large and rustic and very atmospheric. There was beautiful furniture, 2 beds, a writing desk and 2 armchairs. There were also extra blankets and pillows. Everything was perfect. Bathroom was large with a bathtub. Lovely stone fireplace which the staff will light for you. We spent a lovely night sleeping by the crackling fireplace up in the frosty highlands. Our windows overlooked the lush valley. There is a nice dining room with fireplace where breakfast is served and a nice Bar area. Free wifi in public areas. A short 10minute walk to the wonderful markets with beautiful handicrafts. Good quality and bargaining is recommended. Lovely Restaurants dotted around also. Valerie at Reception is very helpful and speaks very good English. The other staff are also very attentive and friendly.

Es un hotel muy bonito, muy original.
Aunque sus instalaciones son antiguas, porque está ubicado en un edificio antiguo, es un hotel cómodo.
Tiene encanto, tanto las instalaciones del hotel como las habitaciones, que tienen chimenea y que te encienden si lo deseas.
La comida muy buena, variedad en la carta.
El personal es muy amable.
El desayuno bien.
Se encuentra en el centro del pueblo, lo que es otro punto a favor.
La calidad del sueño la he valorado muy baja por el hecho de que las ventanas dejan pasar todos los ruidos de la calle y suele haber procesiones, cohetes, tamboriles....y dormimos mal por eso. Pero es comprensible, es un edificio antiguo y está en el camino que va al cementerio y por ahí pasan las cofradías con su fiesta....Eso no le resta calidad al hotel, en mi opinión.

A rare experience of the hotel and especially the service. The hotel & food at the hotel are very good. Impressive design and cleanliness. The service is rare. My passport was stolen in market next to the church and from that moment assisted by Valery for hours. After I left the area someone returned the passport and bring it to the local police. Valery Help to find me and the passport was returned to me. Everything is done modestly, naturally and dedication. Much praise for the service and the hotel.

El hotel Mayan Inn nos encantó. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, al lado justo del mercado callejero y de las atracciones turísticas. Las habitaciones son preciosas. Consiguen transportarte a tiempos pasados. Los muebles preciosos. La chimenea le da un toque muy acogedor... y sobre todo cálido, ya que por la noche baja bastante la temperatura. Los desayunos son correctos y el servicio amable.

I was placed in room 15 in the main building- a huge room with two beds and a sitting area as well as a fireplace. It was very old school but wonderfully clean and comfortable. One of the restaurant servers came over to light the fireplace- room was very cool without fire, but sleep was great. The only problem was that my neighbors were so noisy, and I could hear everything, but what an experience and so pleasant to get away from the crowded streets. Parrots in the courtyard. Reasonable and charming.
