Museo Rossbach
Located on the south side of the Church of Santo Tomás, this museum houses a collection of pieces of jade, obsidian, ceramic, ceremonial masks, kitchen utensils, incense burners, etc.
Father Rossbach was the parish priest of Chichicastenango and upon his death, his collection became part of the cultural heritage of the country.
Museo de las Máscaras Ceremoniales
This Museum of Ceremonial Masks is the last building on the path leading to Pascual Abaj. This is where the wooden masks that are used in the traditional dances are made, as well as where they prepare the costumes for the traditional dances of this municipality and other towns. It houses masks that were carved over a century ago and has been operated by four generations of the same family.
